Civil litigation is the term given to the process by which disputes between private individuals, commercial business entities, or other types of legal entities, are resolved.

Our approach is to ensure that the dispute is resolved in a cost-effective and timely manner for our clients. Many disputes can and often get resolved at negotiation and mediation stages. However, for some civil disputes, the processes would require litigation in the courts or the disputes tribunal.

We can assist you with guiding you in the best way to approach a dispute. More often, it is ensuring that the client has the required advice to make an informed decision and instruct us accordingly.
